ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
New for 2008: Advertise your business with a highly visible professionally designed 2’ by 4’ “sign” located on the back of our new grandstands. Everyone entering the speedway grounds will see your “permanent billboard”.

This special program essentially turns the Speedway grounds over to your Company for maximum promotional impact. A Corporate Night at the speedway includes the following:
1. Use of Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex private, V.I.P. Boxes and private viewing deck area for you and a predetermined number of guests, not to exceed 25. (Additional general admission tickets, if desired, can be purchased at a reduced rate.) Many companies use this night to entertain valued customers, prospective clients, or as a means to reward “star” employees. The speedway staff provides you and your guests in the V.I.P. box with sandwich type items, snacks, and soft drinks.
2. Your company will be promoted in all print and radio advertising prior to your event. Speedway commercial s (if copy is provided) will be aired over the public address system.
3. Victory Lane photos with your company representatives and feature winning drivers. These photo opportunities are excellent for corporate banners or signage to be displayed.
4. Optional Trophies can be provided by the speedway and would be engraved with the sponsoring company’s name for Victory Lane presentations by your representatives. If desired, company can provide trophies for presentation.
5. Virtually unlimited temporary signage provided by you can be displayed for your event. An area would be designated for product sampling, giveaways or displays.

Trophy Sponsor
This package provides the opportunity for groups, businesses, or individual race team’s sponsors to become involved in events taking place at Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex
Trophy Sponsor Package for a weekly “Regular 5-Division Event” includes the following:
1. Group or business “welcome” over the public address system; also includes two “30-second Speedway Commercials” over the PA system (copy to be provided by business.)
2. Engraved Trophies for presentation to the feature winners are provided by Roaring Knob .
3. Your company or business name will be engraved on the trophies presented by you to each of the evening’s feature event winners.
4. Representatives (up to 4 per event) are invited to take part in the victory lane presentation on the front straight following each feature race. Banners or company signs are welcome for use in the victory lane photo sessions.
5. You are invited to set up a promotion for your company in a designated area for displays or giveaways.
6. General admission tickets will be offered at a reduced rate. Group rates (25 or more) will reflect a saving of a minimum of 25% off of our regular admission prices.

Marketing opportunities

2. Promote or advertise your business while enjoying a great night of exciting stock car racing at Roaring Knob. You are invited to set up a promotion for your company, display temporary signage and/or banners utilizing a designated area for displays and/or giveaways.

GROUP SALES
Great for community groups, employee outings. All groups are welcome at Roaring Knob. Groups participating receive:
Discounted admission for groups of 25 or more. (Tickets must be purchased two weeks in advance.) Welcome of group over PA system.

“Scout Groups” receive opportunity to participate in National Anthem opening ceremony on front straightaway. Schedule a night to participate, and Scouts in uniform will be admitted free, accompanying adults will receive discounted admission. Scout Troop or Pack will be welcomed over PA system.
