ROARING KNOB ~ THE ROCK SHOOTOUT RACES

 

Roaring Knob and The Rock Promoter, Rick Jones, is planning a SHOOTOUT SERIES for drivers from the two tracks. 

The dates for the races are as follows:  Roaring Knob – SATURDAY NIGHT RACING - April 13, April 27, June 1, June 29, August 3, and September 7. 

The Rock dates are -SUNDAY RACING -April 21, April 28, June 2, June 30, August 4 and September 8. 

Drivers who participate in the SHOOTOUTS will receive 10 bonus points for their own track each time they race at the other track.  Trophies will be awarded at the end of the season to the top five drivers in each class who have raced in all of the Shootouts. 

The SHOOTOUTS will be for Crate Late Models, Street Stocks, Chargers, and 4 Cylinders.  The Super Late Models will be included on April 27 and August 3 at Roaring Knob and April 28 and August 4 at the Rock.  .

DRIVERS!!!
Please remember to charge your transponder this week!
 
We will be using the Westhold Transponder Scoring System (YELLOW) at Roaring Knob this year.  All drivers will be required to have a transponder on their car in order to be scored. Roadrunners --  We will give you one year without the transponder, but you will be required to have it in 2014.
